A panel of freelance translators, with chair Claire Loftus Nelson, will answer your questions and discuss topics including:

• pricing
• bidding
• prospecting (finding customers)
• keeping customers, understanding their needs
• investing in resources
• professional development
• mental and physical health for teleworkers
• "what not to do"
• budgeting, money management
• bookkeeping, using accountants and other professional advisers
• 'quantity v. quality', 'garbage in - garbage out' and other ideas

This session is expected to last about one hour and be followed by an opportunity to ask questions and mingle with other attendees. Refreshments will be provided.
