Inmigra Term terminology resource

INMIGRA-TERM is a multilingual glossary of immigration terms in Spanish, English, French and Chinese. It was developed by the Spanish Research Group UEM-Traducción, which is coordinated by Dr. Celia Rico from the Department of Applied Language Translation of the Universidad Europea de Madrid. The glossary contains terms in a number of immigration-related areas such as residency, employment, housing, health, education and social services. The information has been obtained after a process (September 2008 to January 2009) of downloading and terminology-mining texts from the Spanish Government Immigration Portal developed by the Community of Madrid. Although the glossary interface is available in Spanish only, the application is very easy to use, with the term search box appearing at the top of the page followed by the source language and target language selection boxes.
